Hank & Donna
Hank Hardwick has been building
homes since 1958. He brings not only
experience and knowledge but most
importantly the joy of loving what
he does to each customer and their
home. He built this business by
listening to each customer, walking
their property personally, seeing to
the completion of each home and
gaining a new friend.
Donna Sparks is the newest
addition to the The Hardwick
Corporation family as the long time
owner of Tennessee Valley Log Homes.
Donna brings what Hank was looking
for in experience, integrity and
enthusiams for everything that she
does. Donna is an eighteen year veteran
of the log home industry. She has an
amazing knowledge of log homes from
the species of wood, the different
profiles available or the different
building systems offered throughout
the industry. She is also versed in
other types of construction.
Hardwick Corporation builds full log, half log, Nationwide Systems-Built, as well as timber frame and traditional stick built frame homes in the beautiful hills, mountains, and lakes, of Claiborne, Grainger, and Union County in East Tennessee. We build log cabins and full custom log homes, first homes, vacation rental cabins, and cottages.
The mountain views and Norris Lake are the focal point of the area, which is near the Cumberland Gap. Norris Lake has over 800 miles of shoreline and is known as one of the cleanest lakes in the area. Fishing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and boating are just some of the activities available on Norris Lake.
Recreational opportunities abound in the Norris Lake, Cumberland Gap, and surrounding hill and mountain country. Golf courses, ATV trails, fall foliage touring, hunting, fishing; the area is all about unspoiled outdoor activities.
Claiborne County and Norris Lake are in close proximity to many of the areas attractions. The area is a short drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dolly wood, Smoky Mountains parks and attractions, downhill ski areas, horse riding facilities, mountain biking, Asheville NC and the Biltmore Estate, as well as Knoxville Tennessee and the University of TN Medical Center.
Hardwick Construction is proud of its new association with Nationwide Systems built homes. We are an authorized builder for Nationwide Homes, and believe this offers a great alternative to traditional site-built frame homes.
